Member enrollment fee waived and a $5 monthly discount per employee.
We want to support small business and the growth of our community which is why we have decided to waive the member enrollment fees for small business owners
$55/employee per month

Additional $50 fee per in-home visit. These will typically be conducted in the mornings or afternoons.
While home visits are not preferred, I want to do everything possible to meet your needs and sometimes that means I come to you.
